Sirius purchased his first wand at the age of eleven at Ollivanders before beginning at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It can be assumed he wielded a different wand throughout the First Wizarding War, and attained this one after escaping Azkaban. The Elder Wand is one of the fabled Deathly Hallows. According to legend, whoever reunited it with the other two Hallows the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility would become the Master of Death. It is said to be the most powerful wand that has ever existed, able to perform tremendous feats of magic that would normally be considered impossible even by the most skilled wizards, such as mending another wand damaged beyond normal magical repair.
Bellatrix acquired a second wand that looked rather boring when compared to her original wand you can see it below at the Noble Collection wand , but it seemed to work just fine for her. Nothing is known about the second wand's wood or core. But if you were born a Muggle then you need to visit Orlando, Florida's Universal Studios where Ollivanders has set up shop for Muggles.

I check the length on the Wiki page. It is tricky, because the wand is bent. I sliced it to 6 pieces for 3D printing. The 2 cuts on each sides are made the way to increase the connection surface for gluing. The pieces overlap each other.
