What is backtiming in tribal wars

You can access the Tribe Skills via the entry "Tribe" in the main menu and then select "Levels". Prestige is the currency used to activate the skills or can be donated to increase the level of the tribe. Currently you can get Prestige every week. The amount you get depends on the time you have been a member of the tribe.

Long time members will have more weekly prestige to spend than newcomers. Prestige can be accumulated and saved for a later date but upon leaving the tribe the saved prestige will be lost.

Dodger- A player that sends their troops to support a Barbarian Village to protect his troops from farming. This may end when the attacking player tries to noble them.

Snipe - To have defensive troops land in a village in between incoming nobles to prevent a sucessful conquer. Spike - When a player sends troops to support a popular Barbarian Village in order to kill any attacker's troops.

Spiking usually occurs with large level Barbarian Villages to kill the troops of anyone farming that village. Tribal Wars Wiki Explore. Wiki Content. Explore Wikis Community Central. Nobling - Conquering a village with noblemen takes passes. Extra stuff: -You don't need to be the one getting attack to backtime, if you can get somebody to tell you what time his troops will arrive home after he attacks someone else then you can also try that.

I never heard of it referred to as Back-timing. I guess this is from an early player, who has a term for everything. I completely understand, and use the tactic, so i get it. I just always called it dodging his attack and sniping his return troops.

I would just open a new thread in the triibal forum, making a list of the villages I am being attacked from with BB-codes, and what time in server time the enemies troops will arrive back at their village so my tribemates can work their own attack timings around that. Not sure what you mean by "try and get the server time and the attack time together" sorry. Nashy19 said:. Sorry for asking it, as it looks like it will now turn into a spam-fest. BigFishy Guest. Sageypoo Guest. Hi, I'm new to this. There is a little clock in the lower right screen which will tell you when it is time to click. Krunch Guest. You ask awfully lot of questions, even though you have played for ages.

Then it will return home at How do you work out at what time his troops return to his village? Do you literally count the minutes? To reach his village you need 25 hours. Well, if you are not able to do that yourself use a distance calculator like the one from twstats or buy premium, but those only use that simple formula.

I only do that if someone attacks my offensive village.
